Flags Full Staff Today?

The entrance to my neighbor hood has the flag still at half staff and there's still a sign that says...
...Have a happy and safe Halloween.

Just because the Prez said that flags would be flown at half-staff through Sunday doesn't mean individuals can't continue to acknowledge the lives lost. Some of the victims are still being buried.
