Short version: A man in Arlington, Washington, reported a burglary Monday. The burglar escaped and was later found dead. The burglary victim has been arrested on unspecified charges.

From the story as written the homeowner would appear to be in a world of hurt. I know criminals are nnot the brightest bulbs in the box but I doubt he came back to the area where he was just run out of with the cops looking for him. From the story it would appear the homowner was not forthcomming initially a out firing the warning shots to the officers on the second call but of course who knows what the mindset or discipline of the reporter was on vetting their facts.

Then you've got to love the comments from the grand parent that knew the deceased who could never have been violent and was a victim because the drugs made him do the stealing, and they knew this because he was always so good to their grandkids. Don't know about the rest of you buy I don't want a known their and addict around my grandkids.
