I found a site that will have a gun auction on January 1st, 2010. Looks interesting and you can bid online. It's in New Braunfels, TX.

10% Buyers Premium - gotta watch out for things like that. So, automatically add 10% of your winning bid to the cost. There will probably also be TX sales tax, too. Factor all that in on your bidding.
I wonder if these folks are FFL types, or if this is cash-and-carry. Many estate/farm auctions I've been to will sell a few guns along with everything else, and it's treated as if you it FTF. (i.e., the auctioneer is not an FFL)
