Actually it was 10 Democrats -- #6 is a tie between Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. (D-IL)/ Senator Roland Burris (D-IL)

Given our elected representatives at the national level, there must have been pretty stiff competition for the top 10 slots.

LOL -- a 60-way tie for first place for each democrat (& Lieberman) in the Senate, and a whatever-way tie for second place for each Demo in the house.
