Found, 30.06 sign - valid?

I submitted an entry to Texas 30.06 dot com. The wife and I went to Manheim Dallas-Ft. Worth auto auctions today to see if there was a vehicle we wanted to get the daughter. I did not notice any signs going in but on the way out I did. I went back around to the right entry and went back inside and sure enough there it was.

They have a properly worded 30.06 language, black on white, letter height real close to 1" (didn't measure). The sign is about 7' off the ground and to the side inside the entry. It set far enough back from the door I did not notice it going in and as a matter of irony I checked all of the windows and doors before going in. Though it is not obstructed it is set back from and to the side of the first entry. It occurred to me that one will be in violation before they see the sign as they will be inside before they notice it, if at all.

Agreed. I was just not sure if I was being particularly persnickety or not. Thanks for the affirmation.
