Liberal News Media Lies

Post by drjoker »

You know,

Larry King said that a woman who was defending herself from an intruder who broke into her home is a "vigilante." That disgusts me. The other day, he had this joker Maher on his show and Maher said that he was afraid of "the masses." What a bunch of elitist jerks! http://opencarry.mywowbb.com/forum60/35082.html Larry King disgusts me.

Ever notice how the news media is overwhelmingly liberal? Ever notice how they always show the bad outcomes of a shooting such as that crazy guy in Ft Hood? or that crazy Virginia Tech guy? These are statistical anomalies. I mean, you are more likely to win a million bucks on the lotto twice in a row than to be shot by a medical doctor or an Asian college student. However, you are statistically very likely to be a victim of violent crime at least once in your life. Many people every day successfully defend their lives with guns, often without ever firing a shot. These events never make the news.

I suggest that we make a conservative radio station on the internet. Then, take this audio feed and rebroadcast this on small legal radio transmitters that only broadcast over a small area (your neighborhood). One neighborhood at a time, we'll retake the airwaves. We can broadcast music that targets certain market segments that are underserved by radio because with computers, we can put the conservative audio commentary and news announcements between songs simulcasted in multiple broadcasts.

For example, most Indians (from India, not native Americans) are against guns. This is an underserved market segment. If you lived next to an Indian neighborhood, for example, near a Hindi church or Gujerati community center, you could broadcast an audio feed that has their songs with conservative commentary peppered in between the songs.

Simultaneously, over the internet, there are broadcasts for other market segments. Small towns in rural Texas could broadcast country music with the same conservative commentary peppered in between the songs.

College campuses could choose to rebroadcast the internet simulcast with alternative and independent label music with the same conservative commentary.

These small radio transmitters typically broadcast over an area up to 2 miles radius, but usually a much smaller area. They cost about $2000 or less (less if your broadcast area is smaller).

So, how many people would be interested in buying a radio transmitter? How many people would be interested in helping pick music for their market segment? I know nothing about Indian music. I haven't been to college in decades and I don't know what kids today are listening to. If I were to do this, I could use some help. Who's interested in helping?

PM me. Let's do this.

Slightly OT and not doubting you, but is this really true? If so, it contrasts remarkably with Gandhi's statement about how the most infamous thing the British Empire did was to take the Indians' guns away.

I don't have any statistics here, but I know a lot of Indians and none of them are gun owners. One of my Indian friends went shooting with me and agrees with me politically, but his wife put her foot down and told him he could not buy a gun. I think lots of immigrants have never touched a gun before and they're scared of them. It is like a magic talisman of death for them, especially if they're "fresh off the boat."

Americans own the lion's share of the world's privately owned guns. India has the second most privately owned guns in the world, but there are only 4 guns per 100 people in India. That's 46 million guns. In the USA, there are 90 guns per 100 people. That's 270 million of the world's 875 million privately owned guns. What does this all mean? Almost all immigrants to the USA have probably never touched a gun before. We need to invite them out to the range and introduce them to the "gun culture" or our cause will be lost in the election booths. Remember, today's immigrants are tomorrow's voting citizens. http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSL2834893820070828

Richard Nixon wanted to ban handguns and register all rifles. He called private gun ownership an "abomination." He was a Republican. Hubert Humphrey believes that private gun ownership is a last ditch defense against tyranny and should be honored as the constitution dictates. He was a Democrat. What does this mean? Liberals and Democrats COULD vote pro-gun. I'm a conservative Republican, but I have many liberal friends. I have persuaded a lot of them and so can you. You might be surprised to find that the defense of liberty and constitutional rights is NOT a partisan issue, but an issue all American patriots should work hard to preserve. Don't just blindly vote straight ticket, but take the time to do research. If we all take as much time researching our political candidates as we do googling for online reviews of the garbage we buy, this country would be a much better place.

So, have fun and befriend some good folks you normally don't associate with. If you're single, broaden your dating circle. You'll find that regardless of race, religion, or nationality, we all have the same goals in life; we want to live in safe neighborhoods and provide for our families. There may be different opinions on how to do this, but if your ideas truly work better, many are willing to convert.
