Wait, why was the ATF involved in this? Why not the State Police or the FBI?

Bond for each suspect was set at $10 million.

Please, nobody make any comments about the depth of the gene pool in east Texas. I sure hope they didn't have CHL's?

Local law enforcement, DPS, Rangers, and (I believe) FBI were all involved in the investigation.
