WATAUGA - Police in the Tarrant County town of Watauga are looking for three men responsible for a violent home invasion, targeting two women.
The men went into a home at the Park Vista Townhomes and bound, robbed and sexually assaulted one of the victims that was inside that home.
Police say the three men forced their way into the home, after knocking on the door.
The victims are two women in their 20s. One was bound with an electrical cord; the other was handcuffed. They were held at gunpoint, while the men ransacked the home, taking a computer, a television, and at one point, two of the suspects drove away to a nearby bank and took money out of an ATM machine.
It was during that time that the gunmen assaulted one of the victims inside.
Two of the women's vehicles were taken, one of which was recovered yesterday in Fort Worth. Police are looking for clues inside that vehicle.
Another vehicle, a 2003 white Chevy Impala with a Texas tag BF14174, still has not been found.
One of the suspects has the word "Mookie" tattooed on his right hand and "Kathy" on his neck. He is described as African American, 19 or 20-years-old, 5'7" tall and weighing 160 pounds.
While they are not saying this is random, police do say these women were likely targeted by these suspects.
