Huntsville or Livingston State Park

Post by CC Italian »

Which do you guys and gals prefer. I have been to Huntsville State Park but not to Livingston. Any one better then the other? Just thought I would try something a little different. Any of the others in the Southeast Texas region within a two hour drive from Houston that you like? Thanks

Hubby and I spent a few days at Lake Livingston State Park and loved it. We had a lake front premium space. Totally enjoyed sitting by the campfire and watching the sunset every evening.

To me, equally good parks but my kids tend to have more fun at Livingston. For other parks, have you been to Brazos Bend or Bastrop? Both great parks.
I support the right to arm bears.
