I sent in my packet on feb 12 and i just saw today mine says approved. so how long does it take to mail?

my father mailed his a week before mine and his still says "processing". hopefully i will win the bet i get mine before his.lol

Usually when you get the "complete" status, that means that it's in the outgoing mail.
I would say about 4 or 5 days to get to you.

ok they said it was mailed on the 22nd. and its still not here. they wont resend it until the 18th.My address is pretty long and i think the last part got cut off.now they said it looked ok.I am thinking about just doing a change of address since the dps people seem to be boneheads.
