But, what if the porta-potty is on a trailer attached to your RV (which is your primary residence) and your wife (who has already filed for divorce but its not final yet) posts a 30-06 sign while your in the process?
Also, does it matter if your going number 1 or...
Whoops, never mind. Just found it in the penal code!

And what if you print? Is that "brandishing", which is a felony in Texas?

But don't worry, if you have to shoot someone through the door for trying to come in the porta-potty while you're "occupied", just drag him inside so you'll be legal.

I'm new to CHL and have been following this thread with interest. Thank you for posting. I had NO idea that porta-potties were covered by the Castle Law. That is very reassuring!

Very funny. As you well know, "brandishing" does not exist as an offense in the Texas Penal Code.

Not trying to spoil your fun -- just trying to keep from confusing the new guys and gals any more than necessary.
