Mark, I'm glad you're now realizing that big O is a liar. He's basically taking advantage of the fact that most Americans are idiots at math. The public indoctrination system, ahem, I mean school system allows kids to use calculators in high school and at the SATs now! Sadly, most Americans will probably really think that he is reducing the federal buget. The IQ of the modern average adult American is about the same as that of the average 7 year old from the 1800's or the average 12 year old from the 1960's.
