Well That is not good. Hope that it gets all fixed. Do you think that the school will get in any trouble for this???

Iâ€™m not sure itâ€™s the school booboo. If it were the school, you would think the state would require a new Training Certificate be issued with a different number but they arenâ€™t. Very strange

Either someone was putting a bit of overtime Saturday or the web site was updated by a batch run of Fridayâ€™s work processed last night. As of Sunday morning my online status shows â€œProcessing Applicationâ€?. Apparently the photocopy of my Training Certificate eliminated the holdup. I suspect the problem was in Austin as the number on my Training Certificate is the same as it was on the TR-100 form I submitted. Iâ€™ve got my fingers crossed that there are no more glitches

Mr Wilson I believe you are correct about the Friday night batch update. My status has been dormat since they mailed my renewal packet. My application was delivered to them 8/25 and until this morning was still showing â€œPacket Mailed to Applicantâ€?. It now shows "Processing Application". I am good until Jan so I am not too worried about it being competed in time.

I checked again this morning and itâ€™s still "Processing Application". Maybe they will get tired of seeing it sit around there and process it this next week

For those trackers that are interested, as of October 13, 2006 the DPS web site has â€œApplication Completed - license issued or certificate activeâ€?. Iâ€™ll check the mailbox daily.

Got my plastic Thursday 12th. I will check the web to see if they are still "Processing Application" or if my application is now completed - Liscense issued or certificate active.

Plastic arrived today! August 16th to October 16th (mailbox to mailbox) isnâ€™t bad considering the TR-100 glitch. See yâ€™all again in 5 years
