Late bill would ban most private gun sales in Wisconsin

I am amassed at the wide differences between bills introduced in various state legislations.

Just a couple weeks ago a bill was introduced in Arizona to allow concealed carry without testing etc. and here some Wisconsin politicos are trying to tromp all over the 2nd amendment.

Don't be surprised. Michigan is fairly gun friendly for the region, but they recently switched from their quasi-registration "safety check", to total registration for handgun purchases.
