Traffic Violations - list them on application or not?

Post by rbftfire »

I am sure that this question has been answered on here many times before but my searches have not provided me with anything definitive. It is my hope to mail off my application packet tomorrow but I want to be sure that everything is in order and that I don't have more documents to round up. My question is this:

Do I need to list traffic violations on my application?

For further clarification, I am asking about speeding tickets for less than 20mph over the speed limit.

Thank you all for your help.

If you were not arrested, meaning photographed and fingerprinted, it does not go on the application.

That is what I was thinking (and hoped, since it means a lot of document hunting). I have looked through the DPS CHL website, the handbook from my CHL class, etc. and I could find nothing that really defined the extent of what needs to be disclosed.

Thank you very much.
