I'm fairly new to all these add ons that are available.
Are the pressure pads you mentioned the corded extention that makes the light come on when you grab the grip??
Thanks in advance

I am sure that Elvis or The Annoyed Man could provide a pic of it set up.

I'm interested but as with many people right now funds are tight. I'll have to see what the paycheck brings this Fridays. I'll know more then.
If I can part with 140.00 I'll be making a trip to fort worth! My Sig needs some dressing up.

I actually have my carbine in parts right now pending the installation of some upgrades, so pictures are a no-go at the moment. But the pressure switch is a narrow rectangular pad that has a velcro backing, to which is applied the mating piece of velcro that has contact adhesive on the back of it. On the base of the light, there is a little rubber plug which pulls out, revealing the female end of a connector. The male end of the extension cord is a little jack that plugs into that female connector on the base of the light. The cord then runs back (not very far) to wherever you want to stick the adhesive backing for the velcro that holds the pressure pad. That could be on a vertical grip mounted to a rail, or it could be on the side of the handguard, or something like that; as long as the cord isn't getting in the way and you can reach the pressure switch with your off-hand. Once it's installed, which shouldn't take more than about 15 seconds, all it takes a small amount of pressure on the pad to click on the light. And that light is nice and bright too.
Plus, it comes with an infrared filter built into the lid of a flip open type lens cap. With the cap closed, your light acts as an IR illuminator for NVG... ...or flip it open and have regular white light. If the cap is a problem it pops right off just like one of those Butler Creek lens caps for a rifle scope. It is a very cool light for the price.
