Answer on submitting existing paid renewals w/o prints/pics?

Hello all,

Not long ago we had a thread in the General area about the changes to CHL applications/renewals planned May 1.
I asked about existing paid renewal packets that were out and if we would be able to send them in without fingerprints or pictures if sent after May 1.

I watched the responses but I never found the reply answer to that.
Does someone know if we can send
paid RENEWAL applications (from the online application process)
with all the other materials done (class, affadavits)
without needing to include the fingerprints or pictures?

If you send in your renewal on or after May 1st, you don't need to send fingerprints or photos. When you got your application and when you paid your fee are not relevant; it's the day DPS gets it that is controlling.
