I took the class this weekend and I am in the process of getting my application ready and have 2 questions.
1) What are they checking your previous addresses against? What has been on your license or what shows up on a credit report? I cannot recall what my previous addresses have been, anyone know of a good way to get this information if you do not have it.
2) I was arrested for a Public Intoxication (Class C misdameanor I believe) somewhere between 6 and 7 years ago, judicial ejudication (sp?) was the outcome . Does this need to be listed? If it does who would you contact to obtain a certified record of this?
Thanks for the input. My instructor had this site listed among others and after lurking for a day I can tell it is going to be helpful.

Welcome to the forum!
DPS does not run a credit check. They are asking for previous addresses so that they can run a local background check in every county you have lived in for the last 5 years.
Your PI needs to be listed, as you were arrested. If you do not have the paperwork that shows the outcome of your case, then you need to contact the county criminal court clerk in the county where you were processed to get it.
