Arizona vs. D.C.
I haven't checked Snopes, but I heard that the immigration bill was passed to keep only one man out of their state and has nothing to do with Australians, Swedes, Norweigeners, Mexicans, Japanese, Taiwanese, Indians, Koreans, Russians, Filipinos, Mouseketeers, etc etc etc....

While that's silly, Arizona ALSO passed a law stating people running for president on the ballot there need to show proof of citizenship/eligibility.

This is the bill I would like to see TX pass.
With this and the immigration bill, there must be a lot of right thinking folks in AZ.

They are split more than Texas has ever been, the darn Californians keep jumping the border and a lot of them vote., So there is some hard core liberalism running amuck in places like Tuscon. They really need to build a fence.Mike1951 wrote:The last I heard, this one had passed the Arizona House, but has yet to pass the Senate.Bennies wrote:This hasn't been covered that much by the press has it? It has been a long tradition in Texas for politicians to talk tough about border issues but to do absolutely nothing.
