FL: Unlucky crook of the week

Post by seamusTX »

In Coral Springs, Florida, a man intruded into the patio of a home carrying a video recorder. (I don't know what he intended. I don't want to know.). The woman resident saw him and called her husband, who is a mixed martial arts fighter.

After treatment for his injuries, the intruder was charged with burglary, video voyeurism, marijuana possession, and tampering with evidence, for allegedly trying to destroy the camera while he was being chased.

Mug shot: priceless.

Why do these guys always bring their illegal drugs when they commit crimes? I guess that's why they call it dope.

I guess the "dope" is "lucky" he didn't break into a gun dealer's house? :biggrinjester: I say that in jest as he could possibly be dead, not just beaten.

You're right. In Florida, he could have been the recipient of half a dozen buckshot loads or hollowpoints.

Maybe this is the proverbial wake-up call for him.

Let's hope so. I have heard about "getting some sense beat into you", but this guy does not look too smart. It may take a couple more. :smash:

I used to say no one looked good in their mug shot.

The Smoking Gun has some people (women, mostly) posing for their mug shot like it was going to be on the cover of Vogue, so I can't say that any more.

But when the headache wears off the guy may get the memo. Or not.
