Regardless of one's position (I'm not a big fan either), I find it interesting that they can 'only' proclaim (by ignoring the margin of error) that 52% of Americans oppose OC. Listening to the panicked caterwauling in their echo chamber of the mainstream media, one would have thought it was closer to 85% or so.

I find it even more interesting that more people are more concerned about concealed carry than open carry (57 to 52%). Obviously, their methodology was flawed (ie: they didn't ask fair questions), but it makes me ponder the whole thing a little more when more people say they'd be more comfortable seeing a gun on a hip instead of knowing that someone has one, but they can't see it.

You and me both. :banghead:

Back on topic. Regardless of your view of OC the 2A states "the right to keep and bear arms". It does not state how we bear but that we are able to. So the fight for OC is a fight for the 2A. So, to not support OC IMO is to not fully support the 2A.

Even though it is hard to find in a convenient container, I think that O.C. works better than pepper spray.

I think I would like to OC. I know I would like the ability to do so without being arrested, but I'm still not entirely sure I would. I have a few friends on local PDs and think I would ask them what their opinion is on the subject and what their department's policy is if it were to ever pass. I would like to know before hand how much of a hassle I could be in for.

sorry folks...didn't meant to turn this in to an OC thread. I was just drawing attention to the fact that Brady could only pull a marginal percentage of anti voters.
