my guess is manufacturing pending is the same as print pending application review, if so, mine was on that status for a week, then went to manufacturing for 4 days then went to mailed.

i'm new here but ti feels like a LIFETIME waiting for my CHL.... believe me it's true: "A watched pot never boils"
After checking my status daily on the website, to my disbelief something FINALLY changed it went to Manufacturing Pending
It seems like from what I understand it will take a week before Mailed status.
Whew.. seems like the long wait is coming to an end.

I received my CHL last weekend, Aug 7. Website still shows "Manufacturing Pending" today, Aug 11.
I think once the background check shows complete, you're home free, and evidently they're not real sticklers for keeping the website current.
Total Time was about 39 days, mailbox to mailbox, from when I sent in the paperwork until I received my plastic.
Electronic fingerprinting: 6/24
CHL Class: 6/26
Put paperwork in Mail: 6/29
Status updated on website: 7/6
Status "Mfg Pending": 7/27
Plastic Received: 8/7
