Please-No signage missionaries. It's our responsibility to follow the law and it is their responsibility to follow the law. The law specifies what is a compliant sign, so everything else is to be ignored. :rules: Keep eating their wings unless they put up a compliant sign. For the record, Wings N More is much better, but BW3 has those wonderful Buffalo Chips.

Sorry, you already know my opinion of that.

I emailed and wrote them a long time ago about their sign, and have not received a reply. Since the improper signage is still in place and hasn't been supplanted by the "real thing" I can only assume that they know that the sign has no effect in Texas.

I have no intention of confronting the manager here, although I do love a good confrontation.

I think its great that more and more of us are paying attention, noticing these non-compliant signs, and getting the word out...

I would say that this particular franchise (where it is I have no idea) has made their intentions clear...A real shame, the food there is not that bad at these places...

If the signage is not something that is pushed at most locations, that tells us that the individual owner is a bit of a Ha Ha...(pardon the pun) :thumbs2:

Don't give up, I'm sure you'll eventually find a high enough ranking manager that'll care enough to correct that error; it's just a matter of perseverance. My problem, as you must know, is that I am a realist, not an idealist. Ideally they'll get the message and understand how important CHLs are to their business; then you'll receive a written letter of apology that includes coupons for free wings and chips. That ain't gonna' happen.

Really-Have you ever tried to debate with an anti-gun zealot that those with criminal intent will ignore signage? It's pointless-You can email them with every possible logical argument and they will hold to their religion of Anti-gunism. The sad thing is that one person with a inbox and a mission can ruin it for all of us.

Cetrainly, you can argue that my words are just opinions, but and indisputable fact is that there in NOTHING to gain and access to everywhere to lose with a signage mission.

Their intentions, which we can only ascertain from their current signage, is that only those who are authorized to carry may carry; which is LEO and CHL. My advice to all is to go to the restaurant, continue to legally carry, and remember what the 'C' in CHL stands for.

Yes, and with you too, and I have accomplished more with them.

That is an assumption on your part, not necessarily based in reality.

Neither indisputable, nor a fact, but we alrready established that in other threads, so, I'll just leave it at that.

It always comes down to idealism versus realism.

Looks like someone in Lubbock took exception to something on the front door of BWW.
The sooner I get behind, the more time I have to catch up.

Well, I guess that's one way to get rid of the sign.

I went to one in McAllen, when you walk in there is no sign, but if you looked above the bar, which is in the back, there was a 51% sign. If someone sat in the front of the store you never would have seen it.
