I'm waiting on my status, finding out quick that checking 10 times a day isn't making it any faster...

...where do I need to go check the status online?

I sent my paperwork in by mail and it was received by DPS on 5.18.10. When I go to the DPS web page for "Returning Users", it tells me I'm not in the system. I didn't fill out the "New Users" form because it was trying to get me to submit online and I had already submitted by mail. Is "Returning Users" the right place and I'm just not in the system yet, or do I need to start somewhere else? I find that I'm locked out of "Returning Users" for 24 hrs if I check it more than once a day!

Give it about another week. Took 3 weeks before I even showed in their system.

Also, got a letter from DPS advising of status, etc.
