I guess its my fault though. Got a letter from DPS asking for proof of a "not guilty" verdict and dumb me thought that they would have access to all that and could see it for themselves, NOT! :)

So i sent off the official copy yesterday and am waiting again. Its sad to think that i could have gotten my license already :(

Anyone got any idea how much longer i will have to wait now?

I think they reset the clock when they get the document (that is, 60 days from when they receive proof of the verdict).

It may not actually take them that long, but they have done this to several other folks.
