Sonny Corleone got whacked on the Jones Beach Causeway at the tollbooth, NY not NJ.

Sorry about confusing the tollbooths, they kinda' look alike.

Well the point is - Sonny didn't have his CCW when the whackers caught up with him back then and Isimanica probably won't have his if the whackers get after him in January.

There are lots of civil war sites, museums and other things to see between there and here. Lots of states that have things I want to see. Hence why we are driving instead of flying.

An interesting point about NJ is that they are one of only a couple of States who will not let you pump your own gas. I think that Oregon is another of those. Apparently, it is so unsafe for consumers to pump their own gas that the NJ legislature cannot allow anyone to do it. :rules:

Even more interesting is that while consumers cannot do it, it is OK for big rig drivers to pump their own diesel fuel. I was surprised when I pulled our RV into the truck lanes and there was no attendant. It is truly amazing how much safer I became by simply turning into a different lane in the same Truck Stop :smilelol5:

My point is that some States pass absurd laws or take absurd policies like the failure to recognize the FOPA and citizens just allow it to happen. Perhaps some of the reforms that appear to be coming in NJ now will affect It is certainly about time.

Having lived in NJ myself for exactly 3 years, I can tell you that nothing that happens in Trenton would surprise me. I had and used long guns while we lived there with no problems but I had no idea how many NJ laws I was breaking at the time.

That's why I'm that we got to Texas as quick as we could. :txflag: It is now 22 years and counting.

No I think they didn't want to "lose" jobs, that it was really for job protection. At least that is what I have heard.
