Has wikipedia been White washed?

i remember thinking Bill White was a pretty Good guy. then I ran across a wiki article about Bill White and light house for the blind. This close to election season i can't find anything about even google search results turn up nothing. Anyone have a link so I can refresh my memory on what happened?

One thing to remember about Bill White is that, after Lee p. Brown screwed everything up. Almost anyone looked better.
