Steve, so sorry to hear about your dog. I had a 14 year old keeshond, and I really had a tough time when I realized that it was time to let him go. It took me about 4 years before I could even think about a puppy.

When I did finally take the plunge again, I got a floppy-eared mini schnauzer. Much as I've loved other pets in my life, Ace is nearly the perfect dog (although a "tad" on the spoiled side"
