PCS

Post by dla051281 »

Back in 2002, I was charged with a possession of a controlled substance(felony) charge, but successfully completed deferred adjudication in 2008. Would I be elgible to apply for a CHL. If not, would I ever be able?

Your successfully completed deferred adjudication on a non-violent felony is disqualifying for 10 years. You will be eligible in 2012.
