Those are some beautifully embellished 1911s. I'd like to know who is doing the work. They are a true artisan.

I would love to own a gun like that, but I'd never be content with a "showpiece" gun. Guns deserve to be shot, not sit in a display case.

Cleaning it must be a real bear......all that etching and whatnot, and not wanting to rub off the gold tone, not my cup of tea.....

They don't need to clean it. They have so much money that if it gets dirty they throw it away and get a new one. ;-)
