Finally got my pin #

Packet mailed 8/16, received pin 9/23. Now I am just checking the site everyday to see when I'll get my license. Hopefully I won't be in the waiting room for more than a month.

Hopefully not, but you have a lot of homework to do before it comes so get those belts, holsters, and ammo and practice!

Welcome aboard scsilvergt. I hope so too but there are many that were here much longer. I took my renewal Aug 12 & they are still "processing Application". Finger prints were rejected & had to redo them last Sat. Hope it all flows smoothly from here. That is the reason I encourage all to start early on the renewal. Glad to have you.

Thanks for the welcome, this site has been very useful and I appreciate the input. I will use the time to narrow down the holster issue.

Congratulations! Was this your initial CHL, or a renewal? My renewal took about 60 days, but I was a long way from expiring, so they may have given priority to those needing their's sooner.
