US Postal Money Order

Post by carlson1 »

I have done many many gun deals through the mail. I found a S&W M19 that I wanted. A gun shop in Denver, Colorado had the handgun. He sent me his FFL and an address. I sent him my FFL that I wanted my handgun shipped to.

He has not received the funds yet. It was mailed on August 10. He emails me today to let me know he gave me the wrong address. :banghead: Now if my M.O. does not return does anyone have the protocol on how to stop payment on the USP M.O. and get my money returned?

Thank you for the link. It does not look like it will be a problem and just a $5.40 charge. I feel a little better now.

Just for anyone else who buys from out of State. The USPS Money Order is the only way to go. At least the USPS here in Irving if first class. I was expecting a real hassle, but they were very kind and quick to help to start the refund process.
