Google giving free Internet telephone service
If you have a Gmail account, you can make and receive calls to anywhere in the US from your computer to landlines or cell phones for FREE at least through the end of 2010. You can also call international for a fee (example is Germany for 2 cents a minute). ( Skype charges for this service so this is a nice freebie. )
