Interesting that the "Police" cleared the shooter of any wrong doing and not a Grand Jury. Bet that saved him a few bucks on legal fees.
As was said earlier AZ is lookin good!!

Isn't this argument essentially the same argument that folks make to stop carry in any location? How about making it illegal to be drunk and armed instead of making it illegal to be armed someplace you might get drunk?texas1234 wrote:Any of the 51% places I have been nobody needs to be carrying. Anybody been to Rockport, Texas. Lots of 51% places, no thanks for legal or illegal carry in those places. Sugar Shack, Alice Fayes, Moon Dogs, Paradise Key, just to name a few. No thanks I dont trust even the legal carries in those places. They are strictly designed for alcohol consumption with the exception of PK until about 9 oclock.

When I was a kid we would spend the first 2 weeks in August in Rockport fishing. Stayed at the Oak Shores Apts. Completely different town from what it is now, I'm positive. But, not everywhere has Rockport's current bar problems.
I don't go to "singles bars", in fact, I don't drink. However, I do go to a few 51% places that have excellent pizza or burgers etc
for lunch and on occasion dinner. Why should I be forced to disarm?
Duh. Thank you so much. I currently DO disarm. However, my point was it is totally unnecessary. Law or not.WildBill wrote:Because that's the law.gemini wrote:When I was a kid we would spend the first 2 weeks in August in Rockport fishing. Stayed at the Oak Shores Apts.
