I know about the pro sporting event prohibition so I'm leaning towards no but since it is just a practice and not an actual game I thought I'd get some more expert advice here.
Does "pro sporting event" include practice sessions too?

I'll admit that I'm a bit of a gray-zone carrier. With that said, I believe that If tickets were sold, alcohol served and rivals competing, I would consider it a sporting event. I've always assumed that the libs were (out of ignorance) afraid of drunken overzealous fans getting into shootouts. My line of thinking is that sports facilities are not prohibited blanketly like schools. I would chance it if there were no metal detectors.Keith B wrote:IANAL, but I would.
