This was already tried by Nancy Policy and the Dems. It was a 2 pronged attack. The first part was a national gun registry of every gun in American and who owned then in the name of health care. It was being sold as people who own guns are at a greater risk of injuries to themselves, families and neighbors so you will have to register all guns and then pay a higher free on your FREE health care. This was tried for a few months until it was dropped. In this months American Rifleman, back page the NRA claim that they fought and won to have higher insurance primers for gun owner outlawed.
