The intent is they do not want you there while armed, and are most likely ignorant of the specifics of the law. If you want to spend your money in a place like that feel free, I am not going to play the legally posted or not game, I will take my cash someplace else and it will make no difference if I am carrying or not......

Just remember they all business's that sell alcohol and are not a 51% location are required to put up the 'Unlicensed Possession' sign shown above. We are perfectly legal to enter those locations and it is beyond the control of the owner to post or not. Grocery stores, Wal-Mart, Stop and Rob's, etc, are all required to have them by the state, so I don't consider those as 'posted'. I do consider a sign that is purposely put up by the proprietor to try and prevent you from entering with a gun, legal or not, as an attempted posting and will weigh my options on whether I need to continue to spend my money with them as I have no other choice, or to move on down the road and spend my money elsewhere.

Apples to oranges. If we make sure the right sort are in the Legislature, eventually we might be allowed to carry and vote.
Voting is a responsibility of a free person. Consuming a product in a store is not.

My polling place is in a courthouse, so it's a double no go.
