Fingerprints already on file...

Since I am already an employee with the federal goverment, and had my fingerprints on file already, do you think that might speed up the process ?
Took Class: 11/11/2006 Sat
Mailed Packet: 11/13/2006 Mon
DPS Received: 11/14/2006 Tues
Pin Received Through E-Mail: 12/13/2006
Application Processing:12/13/2006
Application Complete:01/08/2007
Plastic in Hand:01/11/2007
60 DAYS EXACTLY!!!!!

No, they will still send prints off to the FBI, and the FBI will run the prints.
