ERROR Your Data was not found in the system

Everyone,

Has anyone come across this messages when trying to log in as a new user I get the following message "ERROR Your data was not found in the system." I am %100 sure my info is correct. I have tried from multiple computers. I have called and emailed the DPS multiples time (They seem clueless) their only response is I have to file %100 paper packet. Has anyone else come across anything similar or have any tips on how to get DPS to "find" me in the system?

I have finished my class now I need to file so I can hurry up and "wait"!

Did you file your application online or in paper form?

If in paper form, you have to wait for them to process your paperwork which took two weeks for me (a couple of weeks ago).

If you fill out the application online (and pay online) then you will get a screen that says we are waiting to receive and process your required documents.

Haven't filed yet. I have everything ready to roll but thought I would try filing online. Since that is a no go and DPS seems useless I guess I will send off my paper packet.

If you have already put everything together there is no reason to file online unless you need to pay with a credit card. You will still have send your other materials by hand anyway.

Thanks. Everyone kept telling me I needed to file online. After reading your message I put the envelope together and its ready to go go go.
