problems with PMs stuck in outbox

Been having problems lately with PMs getting stuck in my outbox for days. Checked and none of my folders are filled to capacity (though some are close).

Anyone else having this problem lately? Ideas? Tips? Fixes?

A PM is in the outbox until the person picks it up. It is then moved to the sent box. Unless people are telling you that they aren't seeing it after you sent it, I'd guess that with it being Dec, people are just not reading your messages as quickly as they might during other times of the year.
