When shall we get together again? Think it is too late to do it before Spring? Maybe a week from Sunday in the afternoon? Think it would work?

It would be nice, but I'm pretty sure that after the holidays would be a better bet. It may have to be spring time. Flowers blooming, grass turning green, trees with new leaves, and the smell of Hoppe's #9 in the air........

Besides, I may be getting laid off again right before Christmas. Already have a class scheduled for the wintermester starting on the 20th and scheduled for 15 more hours in the spring semester. Nothing like three layoffs in three years to keep a man humble......

Run another poll on a new topic just to check the response from others. I would like to go, depending on the day/time, but would have to pass on bringing my boys and the lunch afterwards.

I'll bring along the Mosin Nagant for people to shoot in the "tactical" bay. Its a real bruiser....

I have only changed one thing - my belt. I bought a gun belt from The Beltman. Haven't changed pants or shirts. I'm having no problems concealing in shorts and t-shirt or in dress pants and shirt. I use a CompTac MTAC IWB holster and tuck the dress shirt in over the weapon. I carry at 3:15. :-)

You may need a larger size pant or shirt if you customarily wear tight clothing. I never have. My clothes have always been loose-fitting. I'm a fat man (5'10", 275 lbs), so I don't like tight-fitting clothing anyway.

That's where I carry mine, too, but I can't keep the grip from sticking out when I sit or bend over. How do all you strong-side carry people deal with it?
What holster are you using? All of mine, including the adjustable ones, have a pretty good forward cant. That pretty much keeps the grip plastered to my side.
Two... a Raven Concealment Phantom LC, and a Comp-Tac MTAC. The MTAC's a bit comfier (and canted as far as it'll go, FWIW), but the Phantom conceals a bit better (and has room for my light). To be fair to the MTAC, I just got it, and I'm still playing with the adjustments. I'm actually starting to wonder if I've got them set too high with too much cant. If I tame the cant and lower them, they both conceal a little bit better, but the reduced cant makes it harder to get a good grip on the gun (not enough room for fingers between the front of the grip and the top of my pants) and if the front goes any lower it becomes quite difficult to holster the gun because my belt & pants get pinched between the back of the ejection port and the top of the holster. Perhaps more practice is in order.
Thanks, Pawpaw, for reminding me to fiddle with this again. With the MTAC holster moved further forward (closer to 2:30 - 3:00, as apposed to 4:00 - 4:30), it conceals much better. It digs into my side a tiny bit when I sit down, but it's not too bad and it's my fault anyway (too many twinkies). I haven't tried moving the Phantom LC there yet, since I'm currently focused more getting the MTAC to be as good as it can get.

I'm kinda a big guy. 6'2", 2(mumble)ty. I have noticed that most shirts, even the talls, still ride up and show the seedy underbelly when I raise my arms.

I found a good place online. http://www.kingsizedirect.com They're pretty affordable, and the shirts for the talls are about 35" long. So my double-X-fat and tall shirts fit well.
