Class is complete and I have my stuff together, prints, photos and such. Just needed my DPS application.
Well since I am new to the state(just retired army), I have a temp paper drivers license which lacks the "audit #". So it looks like I get to wait twice the time!
Let the countdown begin!
As a side note I would like to say that my experience with the like minded people in my class and the threads on this forum have led me to believe CHL holders generally are a higher caliber citizen concerned with their rights and safety as well as those of others. It is very comforting and I wish every law abiding citizen would get the training.
So I guess it will take even longer!
