Does CHL online as about previous residences?

I filled it out recently but I don't remember it asking about previous residences. I have lived at my current residence 5 years. What if I made a mistake and left that off of my online application? Is there a way to correct it? Thanks...

I think it went back 10 years on previous residences.

If I recall correctly, it asks for your places of residence in the last 10 years, as well as places of work for the last 10 years.

Edit: I recalled incorrectly. Seems to only go back 5 years on both.

Unless they have changed the form since I got my CHL, they only go back five years.

As of Oct 2010 filling out the form online it is a 5 year history for both employment and residence.
