I didn't remember the fact pattern. Once you report an arrest or conviction, you never have to report it again. If you didn't update your current CHL application, then you will have to report it when you renew. (I'm not saying you have to update it, since it is not a disqualifying offense.) I would get a copy of the charging documents and anything else you can get. However, since it is a non-disqualifying Class C, all you will need to send in is proof that it was a Class C. Beyond that it doesn't matter if you were convicted or successfully completed your deferral period.
