Non no no no, we need to give her an energy star rebate to trade in her 600 watt per minute Plasma and buy her a 30 watt per hour LED TV, to reduce her expenses that the SHARE Program pays for her electric bill

HOWEVER, the LED flat screen will put out less heat than the Plasma ... so ...

Well first, we need to buy her all new light bulbs and have the Gov't program pay to Winterize and insulate and caulk her house.

I''m all for helping those who need it and I can't really judge well usually; the Plasma flat screen could have been a gift from someone who bought an LED for themselves ...

I think free financial counseling and energy audit advice is not without merit.
