Just an observation, if I where forced to pay the astronomical taxes that they pay, I would probably expect prompt and efficient city services too.

I just thank the good Lord I live in Texas.

Then based on ISD tax rates in urban areas, Texans should expect the public schools to turn out well educated graduates with high SAT scores.
