arming /disarming the people of Mexico is Mexicos issue. Stoping money and stolen cars from going over there is are issue. If theres money to be stoped that can be done with in the confines of the law and realocated to more usefull things here then I say go for it.
stop stolen cars/trucks from crossing will directly help in reducing insurance costs to say the least
