Hotel is not attached so yes. Casino - no - but they had armed security last time I played their tournaments.

The Winstar Hotel is attached . The Winstar Inn is not.
I carried the entire trip untill I entered the casino.
The "Chicago" concert was great and the casino and hotel staff made our trip one to remember.

Yes, the Winstar Casino is owned and operated by the Chickasaw Nation.
