One of my favorite subjects in the 7th grade was Texas History. I had the whole book read by the first of October.
I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, and I won't be laid a hand on.

Long time reader, first time poster for "this day in TX hx." Thanks for posting. Off topic but I highly recommend the Texas Ranger museum in Waco. I could spend weeks in the Hill Country studying this stuff... God Bless Texas.
