This is a test for us old kids. The answers are printed below, but don't cheat. :rules:

I got them all but I substituted a picture in my mind for the name on number 8 ... I knew, but name escaped me.

Ironically enough, I believe it was either the Big Bopper or Richie Valens who took one of Buddy Holly's band member's place on the plane. The name of that band member?
